we just finally done the Backtesting and here are the results of last 3 Years:
Hello Paul, can u add a parameter for order modify (trailing stop) time period or trailing step? The number of the modify order too much, the broker report abnormal for current EA version.
But I think what really stands out with this EA is the author. Very helpful and if you have any issues in installation or any other, he replies within the hour and sometimes immediately. Extremely committed to getting the solution to a problem and does not leave the customer high and dry.
EA looks great. But am hoping he will be able to make it work on other pairs as well. But very satisified it works so well with EURUSD.
I think its one of the best packages out there on mql. Definitely not a scammer or a cheat like some others.

Also, when trying to run backtests, I am getting spammed with "IPRO Zar EA EURUSD,M30: OrderModify error 130" errors in the journal.
We are currently on it that it should not modify it too much, but you got an error so maybe your broker does not these stops.
Do you get these errors for all Trades or only sometimes? And which broker do you use?

The log contains tens of thousands of that specific error, but is able to make some trades.
Using spread of 2 with the errors in MT4, it is making about 25~ orders and loses all equity within 3 months during the backtest.
Seems like the errors have a large effect on the expected performance.
Broker is IG.

our EA is trading ony with trailing stops, so that's why your result is so different. We will take a look at it.
Is it possible that you test it with a different Broker? To make sure this is only your IG Broker.
