I understand that it doesn't work properly if it's GMT0. 

Will the results be different if the start date of daylight saving time is different?

If something strange like dummy Sunday candles with few hours of monday session are generated, the EA is most likely to not perform correctly.

My biggest suggestion is to use broker that uses GMT+3 and uses daylight saving time, which is what more than 80% of brokers does.

I strongely suggest to make some backtests on GMT+3 broker and others to compare the potential consequences...
