Here are my answers to your questions accordingly:
1. About CD you can read in all books for trading.
There are four possible types of convergence/divergence: two for bearish and two for bullish signals (pls. see enclosed pictures):
Bearish divergence:
HBT
HTB
Bullish divergence:
LBT
LTB
2. All of Bull CD and Bear CD are for basic indicator only that MT4 included. For custom indicators CD analytical tools will be prepared later separatelly.
3. The difference between Price CD and Bull CD/Bear CD is based on the searching methods. Price CD based on prices only (for exaple between EURUSD and GBPUSD). But Bull CD/Bear CD based on price and indicator data (for example between EURUSD and RSI)
4. You can used these analytical tools with default settings as well as with custom settings (for example Stochastic (5,3,3) - default; Stochastic (40,40,40) - custom. CD will be found in both cases). With these tools it is possible to find the beginning of reverse tendency as well as extension of existing tendency.
For example you know that GBPUSD has now the bearish tendency on D1 period. So, according to your strategy you should be the Seller today. It means you should wait for the end of bullish correction on H1, for example, and open new bearish position when you get a signal from the CD analytical tools.
5. Demo version is unavailable unfortunately. You can see on video how works the indicator. Before be published it was tested by MQS. What I can do for you is to show how the indicator works in real time by Skype only.
