I rented your products initially for a month and i like the performance, so I just bought it out rightly but it wouldn't load on my chart.

What could be the problem?

Hi, certainly it occurs due to conflit between the versions. The more easy solution, you can reinstall the MT5 version or you can delete the oldversion in the path: Market and re-download the product.
