No the offset should be 2 because it's summer time at the moment so your broker server is GMT+2 plus 1 hour for summer time, you ignore the DST
when calculating the offset.

StartHour is the candle hour the breakout positions are performed, EndHour is the hour the orders/positions are closed, StartMin and EndMin can be use
to start/close mid hour, PreviousBarsForBOBox are the number of bars to calculate the breakout range. So for your example you would set
StartHour to 6 and PreviousBarsForBOBox to 2 on the H1 time frame, EndHour is set to when you want the positions to close.

You have spread set to current on a weekend when it's high, try setting it to a set value under the MaxSpread setting value which is in pips, tester
