Open the MetaTrader platform.
Select Tools>History Center.
Double click on the currency pair which you need for analysis, Highlight 1 Minute (M1), 5 Minute (M5), 30 Minute (M30) etc...
And click on the Download button. It may take a few minutes to download the data, especially if you have never done it before.

Monitor the Average True Range (ATR) for the last five-day period, ensuring it has been exceeded in the previous day's trading session.
Draw Fibonacci levels on the chart.
If the price is currently above the current day's central pivot, draw Fibonacci levels from the previous day's low to high.
If the price is currently below the current day's central pivot, draw Fibonacci levels from the previous day's high to low.
Look for a confluence of Fibonacci retracement levels with the daily central pivot.
Once a confluence is identified, observe if the price retraces to that level.
At the identified confluence, traders have two options: either enter the market immediately or wait for a confirmatory candle signal or a change in currency strength to occur at the confluence before entering the trade.
