Note that the Bolt EA was developed using real tick data as well as precision timing for market entry and exits.
Using the standard OHLC 1-minute data provided in standard mt4 platforms for backtests may not produce the correct results at M1 and other timeframes since these data may be of low modelling quality.
In other words, with regards to the precision timing functions embeded within the EA, if low modelling quality tick data or simple OHLC data are used in backtests, it is very easy to miss those precise entry/delete/exit timings resulting in incorrect backtest results.
To avoid this and to obtain accurate results during backtest as well as results which are very close to what to expect at real live trading conditions, it is recommended to download and use high quality tick data with variable spreads if possible.
This EA is a winner if in the hands of a professional or institutional algo trader.
Set files for Bolt EA:
Timeframe for SETFILES N1-N5 is M1.
Timeframe for SETFILE N6 is M15.
Alternatively, use M5 Timeframe for all SETFILES.
