Hello, it repaints when conditions changes, therefore it does but not on every bar, because Support and Resistance levels may stay unchanged for the duration of trading day or longer.

Actually, speaking of repainting: if by repainting we assume changing value on previously drawn lines, then it doesn't repaint in this sense. It paints new lines when condition changes, but these lines are are painted on new bars, not on previously used bars. Hence it does not repaint information that already have been painted on the same bars, but draws new lines on new bars.
