Hi, please try this. Login to Metrader4-Terminal, go under Options Tools/Options/MQL5 Community and login with your MQL5 credentials.
Than at the buttom go to Terminal / Market / than purcharsed and than install. Here it a little description:

If this still dont help, please contact us again with screenshots of the problem. Please also note that the market is not avaible on mac, if you are on a mac you need to buy the indicator and we send you a mac version and help you install it with teamviewer. Please note that a rent on mac is not possible unfortunately. Please dont hesitate to contact when you have problems.
