You must set different X and/or Y shift in the indicator display parameters (inputs tab). So each applied dashboard will be on a different place on the chart. X/Y are in pixels.
No specific setups. My own preferred are the default ones.

The 4 are separate for MT4. I have no plan right now to make a All-In-One version for MT4.

For MT4, the 4 patterns are 4 different indicators.

You can apply on any timeframe.
