Trend Structure Signals Voice - structure-based Support/Resistance, trend dashboard and voice alerts for MetaTrader 5
This indicator reads the market structure (Higher High / Higher Low / Lower High / Lower Low) and draws Support and Resistance only where the structure allows it. It shows the current trend on a dashboard, speaks when the trend changes, marks Buy/Sell engulfing candles at the level with Entry, Stop and Target lines, shows a candle countdown timer and warns you by voice before high-impact news.
It is a chart-analysis tool. It does not open or close trades.
THE STRUCTURE RULES
1. In an uptrend only Support is drawn (at the Higher Low). No Resistance.
2. In a downtrend only Resistance is drawn (at the Lower High). No Support.
3. In an uptrend, Resistance appears only after the Higher Low is broken, and it stays only while the Higher High is not broken.
4. In a downtrend, Support appears only after the Lower High is broken, and it stays only while the Lower Low is not broken.
MAIN FEATURES
- Noise-filtered swings: a swing counts only if it is at least a chosen multiple of ATR away from the previous swing, so tiny pullbacks do not create false structure
- Dashboard: current trend (BULLISH or BEARISH), structure status, active level and distance, what the indicator is waiting for, last signal, history summary and the next news event with a countdown. Placed on the left or right side of the chart, with a dark background so the text stays readable
- Buy / Sell signals: a bullish engulfing candle touching the active Support gives a Buy, a bearish engulfing candle touching the active Resistance gives a Sell. Optional second mode: first engulfing candle after a trend change
- Entry, Stop and Target lines on every signal (stop beyond the engulfing candle and the level, target = risk x your multiple). Lines stop when price reaches them and are marked TARGET HIT or STOP HIT
- Signal filters: minimum bars between signals, no repeat signal on the same level, minimum and maximum stop distance in ATR
- History summary on the dashboard: number of Target and Stop outcomes among the signals found in the analysed bars and the expectancy in R. Spread can be included in the calculation
- Candle countdown timer next to the price
- Voice announcements (English): trend change, Buy or Sell signal, news before release, and a "Speak current trend" button. Optional repeat every N minutes
- News warning from the built-in MetaTrader economic calendar (15, 30 or 60 minutes before the event, minimum importance and currencies selectable)
- Swing labels HH, HL, LH, LL and past levels
- Popup, sound and mobile push notifications are optional
- Works on any symbol and timeframe
INPUT PARAMETERS
Structure: swing strength, minimum swing size (x ATR), ATR period, bars to analyse, break by close or wick, trend change at Higher Low / Lower High break
Buy / Sell signals: signal type, level tolerance, cooldown, engulfing body ratio, stop distance limits, risk multiple, stop buffer, spread on/off, lines on/off, number of signals kept
Drawing: colors, line width, swing labels, past levels
Voice: voice on/off, repeat current trend every N minutes
News: on/off, minutes before, minimum importance, currencies
Alerts: popup, sound, push
Candle timer: on/off, color, size
Dashboard: show, side, position
NOTES
- Swings are confirmed after the chosen number of bars have closed on both sides, so lines and labels do not repaint. Signals are created on the close of the engulfing candle.
- The history summary describes what the rules would have shown on the past bars of your chart. It is not a prediction and not a promise of results. Results depend on symbol, timeframe, settings, spread and market conditions.
- The voice clips are in English. Voice and the news calendar need a PC with sound and an internet connection in MetaTrader. The news feature does not work in the Strategy Tester.
- Use one copy of the indicator per chart.
