Boom Boom X Gold

Boom Boom X Gold is an automated Expert Advisor for MetaTrader 5, designed for gold trading. It offers adjustable position sizing, automated position management and an on-chart dashboard.

Trading Setup

The initial volume above assumes a broker minimum volume and volume step of 0.01 lot. Different contract specifications can produce different volumes. Cent accounts, other account currencies and different leverage require separate testing.

USD 3,000 is a historical test reference, not a guaranteed safe minimum balance.

Dashboard trading results are filtered by symbol and ExpertMagicNumber. Equity and drawdown are account-wide, so other trading activity can affect them. Drawdown observations are collected while the dashboard is active; unavailable historical observations appear as “--”.

Installation and First Use

1. Install the product through the MetaTrader 5 Market.

2. Open your broker’s gold chart and select H1.

3. Confirm that the account uses hedging mode.

4. Attach one instance of Boom Boom X Gold.

5. Start with the supplied defaults: EnableTrading=true, UseAutomaticLot=true and AutoLotLevel=0.5.

6. Check the broker’s volume specifications, margin requirements, spreads, swaps and commission settings.

7. Enable algorithmic trading in MetaTrader and in the EA permissions.

8. Keep the terminal connected and running. A VPS can help maintain availability.

Use a unique ExpertMagicNumber for independent instances. Do not change position-identification settings while trades remain open without reviewing their management.

The EA does not necessarily open a trade immediately after attachment. Trading depends on available data, market conditions, sessions and permissions.

Important Operating Information

Automatic lot sizing is based on account balance. AutoLotLevel is a sizing coefficient, not a percentage-risk setting. Increasing it can increase exposure.

The default spread filter is disabled. Review its settings and the commission allowance against your broker’s actual costs.

Setting EnableTrading=false also stops automatic basket closure; it does not close existing positions. Removing the EA, shutting down the terminal or losing trading permission can interrupt position management.

Risk Disclosure

Boom Boom X Gold uses recovery/grid trading and can increase exposure during adverse price movements. It has no individual broker stop loss, account-equity stop or maximum-drawdown shutdown. Position and volume limits do not guarantee a maximum monetary loss. Substantial losses and broker stop-out remain possible.

The supplied results are historical Strategy Tester results, not live performance. The continuous historical test recorded maximum relative equity drawdown of 65.08%.

No starting balance, profit or drawdown level is guaranteed. Backtest with realistic costs and evaluate the intended setup on a demo account before live use.
