EA Controls – Input Guide

1. Magic Number

A six-digit unique identifier (format 99xx00) for trade tracking. Use a separate number for each symbol/timeframe.

Tip: Check preset inputs in the screenshots or comment section. Make sure  to match inputs with your broker’s specifications. Testing on a demo account before live trading is strongly advised.

2. Account & Session Controls

• Daily Profit %: Stops trading once reached (all trades combined)

• Daily Loss %: Stops trading once reached

• Symbol-based Profit/Loss limits: Independent per instrument

• Trading Hours: Restrict trading to specified session windows

3. Trade Permissions

• Enable Buy / Enable Sell switches

4. Trend and Entry Logic

• Entry timeframe: Chart timeframe used for signals

• Moving Averages: Used for direction and SL placement

• Consolidation detection: Blocks trades in flat ranges

5. Multi-Timeframe Filter

• Optional higher timeframe verification

6. Trade Size & Limits

• Lot size (fixed, make sure to consider broker compatibility)

• Max open trades (up to 5)

• Max stop loss (points)

• Risk-to-reward requirement

• Cooldown (seconds) between trades

7. Stop Loss, Breakeven & Trailing

• Initial SL: Fixed or EMA-based

• Breakeven: Move SL to entry after profit condition

• Risk-even: Places SL into slight profit to offset prior losses

• Trailing: Step-based or EMA-based adjustment

8. Optional Entry Filters

• Retest required before entry

• Momentum filter to avoid choppy conditions

• HTF consolidation & EMA slope filters

• Retracement or EMA reset before re-entry

• Early exit option if price makes a strong reversal

9. Manual Controls

• Refresh Button: Resets EA logic back to default (returns to false after execution)

• Enable logging: To obtain a log of the current EA stage, increases memory usage

Tip: change the chart's timeframe to any other than the entry timeframe and then return back to get logs at that moment instead  of using "Enable logging" to reduce memory usage.

wow! what a beatifull EA! this EA is working well on xauusd its execiting trades accordingly and what i mostly like is...   author is making sure you get helped and he is so calm and he knows how to talk to people. thanx AUTHOR for making sure we get a ryt setting.

Hello, attached please find my test reports for EURUSD and XAUUSD, both results are very weird/bad... Am I missing something here? I used your provided .set files with 2% risk, no other changes, on M5 charts, time period from 01 January 2024 until now... Do you have any idea what could be wrong? Thanks.

please provide the screenshot of your input settings which you are used for testing .And also instead of percentage try using fixed amount as risk

XAUUSD is the optimized symbol so far . all other symbols are under optimization .But still your report graph is not looking good. here by sharing me report for both my preset and you 2% risk . if you are still facing issues in proper test result . try visualization after set Enable logs as true for finding the issue
