Is there a way to not change the theme of the chart once the PS Calculator is attached to it?

Good point—an upcoming update will include an option to apply or disable the chart template (theme).

yes, now the theme of the chart is not changed when the calculator is attached

I tried to place an order on a Demo account, but pressing "Place Order" seems to not work though

I noticed if I position the Calculator at the bottom, when I rearrange charts with Alt + R, the position of the Calculator will move to the top by default, I think it would nice if it could stay where you position it manually.
