its actually one of the easiest indicators to trade. You go long on blue, and go short on red. You may read up information online. There are alot of resources online that will help you get started with CCI. Here is an example of a recent trade:
At present, with the minimum position to test your indicators, very good, I hope the end of the free cheap some of it! Tipu is really a very good to do a series of indicators, to the five praise!

Thank you for your kind works Drowned. This product was originally not free, but later I decided to give it out for free. I believe this tool is simple so people should benefit from it. Good that you are making money, keep trading, good luck!
geterd: Does the indicator alert at the overbought/oversold level or at the trend change?
CCI measures the price of an instrument relative to its historical price over the period (x), where zero line measures if the price is above or below its historical moving average. I changed the default settings for overbought/oversold levels to the zero lines, making CCI work like a trend-defining indicator. For example, if CCI is above zero line, CCI will alert "Buy", and vice versa. CCI works differently from conventional oscillators (like MACD, Stochastics, or RSI), where overbought levels mean you should get attentive for the reversals. CCI overbought levels mean the trend is stronger and will continue for a near future.
Can the CCI alerts on shorter time frames be disabled?? I am getting a number of them (one minute) and they are very distracting?? Can the setting on WHICH time frames send alerts >> be controlled... ?? (see attachment)

nice indicator.... cheers john
Hi John, yes you can disable it from Tipu Panel by changing the visibility setting for M1 to false.
Since I am new to Metatrader and new to your indicators - i had a few further questions - that I have included in attached PDF - regarding a clarification on Alerts Control vs Visibility Control in Tipu Panel - plus a couple of other questions regarding TIPU Panel TOTAL settings - and Tipu Trend sending trading signals - if it dows - to Tipu Trader...
hi Haitham, I am sorry the code is proprietary. You may use MetaTrader4 CCI indicator. It is the same indicator. I just modified it to make it work with Tipu Panel.
Hi Kaleem, Nice work and I have used it for a while but it would be more beneficial if the alerts worked other than on a reboot or timeframe change (as Dmitri indicated too).
how to use this indicator?
Is it repaint?
