Orion is a trading bot optimized for trading on DJ30 Future/CFD.
It does not use any martingale system.
The settings provided by default are optimized and I advise you to leave them like this for optimal use and comfortable risk management. Its use is therefore very simple, you just have to associate it with the graph without worrying about the input parameters; and without worrying about the timeframe.
The recommended Risk/Reward (sl/tp) is 70/130 or 0.53. The system is therefore in balance from approximately 1 winning trade in 3.
Orion is based on the @SmartForest algorithm, itself inspired by the @RandomForest algorithm which is an algorithm widely used in Artificial Intelligence.
@SmartForest uses charting and technical analysis to optimize entry signals. It observes numerous indicators, such as the stochastic, the MACD, the RSI, Bollinger bands, moving averages (slopes, distance, etc.), and this in all timeframes from M5 to W1. This allows you to have a complete view of the market situation and not open positions in clearly unfavorable configurations. This is an intelligent system that will benefit from regular updates over time. The optimization was carried out over a period of 10 years, with real and precise external data (the default data on Metatrader is not precise beyond one year).
The optimisation carried out combines technical analysis and statistics, which makes it possible to analyze market configurations and exclude those that are statistically unfavorable over a period of 10 years.
Orion is optimized for DJ30 future only, so it is strongly recommended not to use it on any other symbol.
He carries out trend or counter-trend trades depending on the situations and timeframes and has an average frequency of around 2 trades per day.
It was developed and optimized via the broker Vantage.
Input parameters:
- magic number: magic number. The robot only takes into account open positions with this number. You can therefore have other trading systems in parallel on the same account.
- size for 1000EUR/USD: position size for capital of 1000EUR or USD. Default value: 0.5. For more aggressive operation, you can increase this value, or lower it for softer operation. It is not recommended to go beyond 1.
- size max: maximum size of the position. Default: 20
- tp (pts): take profit in points. Default: 130

sl (pts): stop loss in points. Default: 70

dynamical trailing (pts): allows you to define an area close to the TP where a decreasing trailing will be applied. If "dynamical trailing" equals 5 points with a "tp" equal to 130 points, this means that the trade will be secure once we reach 125 points (130 - 5). The robot will try to get the expected 130 points, but if the price reverses, it will cut to 120 points at worst. If "dynamical trailing" equals 10 points, then the trade will be secured once the position has reached 120 points, and will cut either at 130 points, or at worst at 110 points. Put "0" to deactivate it.

close on reverse signal: if an opposing signal is identified while a position is open, the open position will be closed regardless of its profit and an opposite position will be opened.

begin hour: start time of the trading session in the format 15:30. Before this hour, the Bot will not open new position. Default to 00:00.

end hour: end time of the trading session in the format 23:00. After this hour, the Bot will not open new position. Put "00:00" to deactivate it. Default to 00:00

- from x losing trades: By default, is 2. Set to 0 tio disable this feature. Detection of a losing streak from 2 consecutive losing trades occurring over the period (next parameter)
- within x hours: period in hours during which conecutive losing trades occurred. Default to 6 (hours)
- blocking for x hours: blocking of trading for x hours (if detection of losing series)
- reference time: is OPEN or CLOSE, OPEN by default. If OPEN, it is the opening date of the first losing trade which defines the start of the monitoring period for losing trades
The price of 1290USD is guaranteed for the first 10 buyers, then will increase to 1490USD.
