MT4 & MT5 + cTrader EA need coding

Looking to get EA programmed if possible, personally i think it'll be easy for someone that can code but that's for you to decide.

If possible i would like the EA to look at a certain candle so a time input is a must, (candle start-finish) 10am-11am GMT+2 candle for my broker.

Set pending orders 5 pips above and below that candle, hopefully this can be adjusted so different values can be used on different pairs.

Below candle sell stop, above candle buy stop.

Set TP and SL value in pips or points (what ever is easier) also adjustable for different pairs

Lot size entry and risk percentage options.

Once an order is activated, delete other pending order.

1 trade per day, per pair

Auto recognition of 5 digit and Yen pairs

Close trade 30 mins before end of day weather loss or profit, input box if possible to change these times.

Need to be locked per account basis, I.d & password generated per broker account to stop people sell.
