Add an additional box to the panel of my Partial Close EA and send MT4 notification to Telegram

I have an existing Partical Close EA with hidden Sl and 3 hidden TP´s:

One´s I open an order, appears at the chart the hidden SL and 3 hidden TP´s lines and the prices in the panel based of the preset pips for SL, TP1, TP2 and TP3. The panel allows to change manual the individual priceboxes for the SL and 3 TP´s. After manual change of any pricebox, the correspondend hidden line move at chart to this new price which is now the new value.

What I need:

1. Add a "OK" bottom to the panel:

Currently: It change the line inmediatly after typing any price at the panel and often I do mistake while typing.

New: I need to click over the new "OK " bottom to refresh/update the new prices, only than, it changes the lines and set the new prices.

2. Send MT4 orders notification to Telegram

I don´t need for every possible metaquotes message the notification, only for this 5 messages:

1. Buy/Sell Market Order 2. Manual close of an opened Market Order  3. Buy/Sell Limit Order (Open a pending Order) 4. Modify price Buy/Sell Limit Order (change the price for an open pending order, still not executed) 5. Close Buy/Sell Limit Order (Close the opened pending Order, still not executed)

Last message to update SL or TP´s:

Open order, change prices at the panel and click over the new "OK" bottom:  it send a message with the 4 prices of the panel. (Example: NEW VALUES: Order EURGBP SL XXX, TP1 XXX, TP2 XXX, TP3 XXX)

Cant load now the file with the 5 + 1  cutomized messages, coder will get it later (messages are short and simple, just use a spanish word, skip the ordernumber, lotsize, etc,(example: NUEVA ORDEN A Mercado EURUSD a 1.12450).
