EA which closes open positions in case of DD quidity limit is reached; further options of external EA need to be blocked, preventing further losses

Hello !

i have a managed account ; someone is trading for me, my accounts balance, using his EA with my MT4 account, or partly manual traded; he has all my personal MT4 accounts access.

To have more control at trading : in case of losses of equidity, and to prevent further losses, i need a programmer, to make for me an EA for my acount, if DD equidity limit is reached

This EA, automatically, closes any open position , and locks account from any further automatical or manuall trading, or , alternatively, this EA locks all my accounts accssess.

The EA should not allow to open any positions by masters EA, after DD equidity Limit is reached. 

If my account then is locked, i can easily unlock, my account from my fx brokers Homepage, manually.

In case of increasing balance, i like to change DD equidity Limit every day. Also add a feature: if a , from me defined  gain , of equidity is reached, close all positions .

It is possible, to hide this EA?
