Looking to have a Forex trading robot created for a particular hedging strategy

Hello, I looking to have an automated Forex trading robot to place trades and set an predetermined SL based off some key parameters.   Only (1) indicator is being used with this robot idea, the RSI indicator which is set to the periods value 2, and applied to the close of the candle. Overbought levels are set to 80 and oversold levels is set to 20. For this robot to work properly it needs to follow the 15-min chart. I need it to trigger a sell on the close of the next Bearish candle once a new High is set on the trading day and vice versa to trigger a buy on the close of the next Bearish candle once a new Low is set on the trading day. For a trade confirmation on a Buy order, the Oversold level on the RSI indicator needs to at least touch the 20 level and a new low must be created and the close of the 15-min candle must be bullish, SL is set 10 pips below the price of the low of the day. Trade confirmation for the sell order, the RSI indicator must at least touch the 80 level, a new high is being created, and the close of the 15-min candle must be Bearish, SL is set 15 pips above the high of the day.   I have images of trade examples to make this task simpler for the trading robot to follow.
