Protection and License Management System for mt4

I need Protection and License Management System for my 2 INDICATOR which is for mt4

What I am doing now?

1) In the first indicator

I have an indicator and inside of this indicator there is part like this
int liveAccountNumber = 2743508;
int liveAccountNumber2 = 28978998;

if( AccountNumber() == liveAccountNumber || AccountNumber() == liveAccountNumber2 )

      {

         AccountAllowed = true;

      }

   else

      {

         AccountAllowed = false;

      }

   if(AccountAllowed)

So, by that way, I ask the mt4 account number of user, and I pasted to there, then I save it as like that, and I sent it to user again

2) In the second indicator

There is a key generator,
I create a license key, and sent it to user
and user put the license to the indicator inputs and Indıcator start to work

but by this 2 way, I will not rent the indicator
and If I want to rent it, every month I have to sent a new indicator or license to the user

What I Want ?

I want to control it remotely from Google drive excel sheet

I create licence again with key generator, and I will sent it to user with indicator

User will put the license, inside of the indicator
and Iwill put tht license, to the google excel sheet

If he was rent it , indicator will check it from sheet, and if the expiry date is finished, indicator will stop to work
