New EA range

Hi!

I'm looking for a developer to create an EA for me.

- EA starts at a defined time every day. The EA has to continue working even though there are already open trades.
- EA sets buy and sell stops (pending orders) at a certain amount of pips from the open price of the candle indicated before. 
- The orders have take profit and stop loss to be determined (inputs –if they are required or not– and amount of pips). 
- If a buy or sell order is activated, the opposite one automatically disappears. 
- EA should work on Forex all pairs, included JPY. 

More details will be provided once developer has been chosen.
