EA needed to auto-trade the EURUSD 1hr bar

I'm looking for an EA so I can autotrade the EURUSD 1hr bar based on Aroon crossovers.

Definitions: "High"= (7- # bars since a new high)/7 *100

"Low"= (7-# bars since a new low)/7 * 100

When "high" crosses above "Low" then buy

When "high" crosses below "Low" then sell

Close trades on : TP= 20 pips, SL= 17 pips, or crossover of "High" and "Low"

I would like to be able to adjust the number of units for the trades and would like the EA to be able to re-enter a new trade if it's forced out of a trade on a crossover
