Create an Expert Advisor Based on a set of Indicators

I would like an Expert Advisor created for me. The expert advisor will work based on data from two indicators.

I have attached two indicators: the Heiken Ashi indicator and the Apex Point indicator.

The rules are the following:

BUY Trade:

1. Check that the Heiken Ashi candle has changed from Red to Blue.

2. Check that the Apex indicator is in the oversold region. An oversold region is defined by the following: (1): White line has pierced the green Bollinger Band line and its value is at least 6.

3. Exit a buy trade when the Heiken Ashi candle has changed from Blue to Red or when the Apex indicator is in the overbought region

SELL Trade:

1. Check that the Heiken Ashi candle has changed from Red to Blue.

2. Check that the Apex indicator is in the oversold region. An oversold region is defined by the following: (1): White line has pierced the green Bollinger Band line and its value is at least 6.

3. Exit a Sell trade when the Heiken Ashi candle has changed from Red to Blue or when the Apex indicator is in the oversold region

Some incremental modifications will include

1. Take profit and SL levels will be placed automatically for each trade. Trailing stop will be used to trail the profit

2. Automatic or manual lot sizing

3. EA will not take trades before and after major news.

4. EA will not take trade when the signal candlestick height is more than ATR/3

Possible additional modifications include:

1. Option to wait for white line in the Apex point indicator to cross yellow line from below plus heiken ashi candle remaining blue before a buy trade is taken.

2. Option to wait for white line in the Apex point indicator to cross yellow line from above plus heiken ashi candle remaining red before a sell trade is taken.

3. SL to be placed X number of pips above the high (or low depending on trade direction) of the last Y number of candles before the signal candle. If calculated SL based on this method is higher than Z number of pips, then don't take the trade

4. Ability to input the pairs to be traded.

5. Source code to be delivered.
