Dashboard EA With Currency Strength and Other Condition

I need a good coder for a long time project who can make a dashboard EA and support future development. The Dashboard will be able to trade 28 pairs on one chart and place trade based on certain logic and follow through the life time of EA using Currency Strength meter to trade strength again weakness.
