Modify a program connected to MT4 with C# library

We have an own terminal which can put and pull orders from MT4. 

We need you to implement a business logic for controlling these orders - simultaneously track, modify in specific conditions - and Open (push to MT4 from a pending list inside of the C# trading terminal).
