MT5 for Binance

Binance offers few opportunities to trade effectively. i would like to use the variety of order types of the metatrader for my Binance trades. So basically
I would like to connect the metatrader with my binance account so that I can use all functions of mt5 for binance.

If I should prioritize that, then I would like to insert an order which I can provide with a stop AND take profit at the same time.
At binance, you can only do stoploss OR take profit.
