Multi Timeframe and multi GMT+ iHighest(D) & iLowest(D)

I'm looking for an indicator that basically works like an iLow (D) / iHigh (D) - but it should also meet the following conditions.

- he should work in all timeframes on every chart in M5, M15, M30, H1, H4, D1, W1

- As output it should have 2 buffers Buffer1 = Dayly highest high + or Highest high maybe over more days Buffer2 = Dayly lowest low + or lowest low maybe over more days

- It must be workable and selectable also in Shift 0 to Shift (n = freely selectable), for example ONLY in Shift 0 or also in a range Shift 0 to Shift (n) or from Shift 3 to infinity

- there is a lot of emphasis on correct work in the currentDay = shift 0

- For each buffer individually 1 + 2, a correction value can be entered per which the calculated value can be increased or decreased

For visualization I wish each buffer 1 line with 1 flag and the value in the chart

I would like to be able to change the type of lines, the color and the size later in the entries

- The line should also show in the chart only the area that I have selected in the area, for example, only Shift 0 or range Shift 0 to Shift 5 or from Shift 2 to infinity

and now the most important thing about this indicator:

I want to be free to choose what is 1 day, so which section of 24 hours is defined as 1 day

the background is that every broker has a different server time and that i want to search and display the highest high or lowest low for my GMT + 1 computer time for 1 day. But if the broker has server time GMT + 3 then the day after my computer time GMT + 1 should still be calculated and not after the broker server time on which the indicator runs

That makes a big difference in the night hours when changing the day.
