Here are additional explanations about the requirements:

- Add option to trade with fixed lot size when required 

When the lot size is setup as 0 or null, then automated trading lots take place. When lot size is setup, then only this lot value is traded. 

- Add option to take profit as a % of available balance

I wish to add to my EA an option to set take profit as a percentage of the available balance before the deal is opened. As a consequence, take profit is variable and adapts different USD % value to pips for each trade. Take profit % can be different from stop loss %.

- Add option to stop loss as a % of available balance

I wish to add to my EA an option to set stop loss as a percentage of the available balance before the deal is opened. As a consequence, stop loss is variable and adapts different USD % value to pips for each trade. Stop loss % can be different than stop loss %

- Add cooldown period after a trade

The cooldown period will be setup in periods. Regardless of period used (M1, M30, H1, H4, etc.), EA will suspend trading for X period(s) after a loss or after a win. This should be in place even when a deal is closed manually. 

- Add custom blackout time windows

To avoid swaps, daily cut-off times for trading should be added in GMT time (one per day from Monday to Friday). Each cut-off starts with GMT time. Then time periods have to be entered manually. Example: Monday cut-off time: 11pm GMT. Monday cut-off length: X periods (period is the time used in graph: M1, M5, M30, H1, H4, etc.).
