I have an indicator that draw line at the most high and low among 1000 candles. I need a developer help me create indicator with the following functions :

1) when a candle has wicks at both sides, the wick that touch hi/lo line must shorten than the opposite side of wick, both sides wick minimum 2 pips. Alert pop up and draw arrow when found this kind of candle. Reference at picture below :

2) arrow should store in history for 1 month, so that i can check how many win and loss within 1 month.

urgent need, hope can finish in 1 hour.
