Fractal EA

Using the Fractals Indicator already in the MT4 platform I would like an EA to be developed that will place trades that go in the reverse of the Fratals support or resistance indicators. For example if the market is moving up and the fractal indicator places and arrow above that candle creating a new resistance line. I would like to place a trade to sell on the open of the next candle. And instead of using the resistance line to signal the trade, I would like that line to be the stop loss for the trades. The default take profit is when the opposite signal appears. I would also like the following inputs

Take profit on opposite indicator: True or false

Take profit pips: 

dollar amount per trade:

percent age of equity per trade: 

I would like the fractals and the trades entry and exit points to be visual on the charts. This should also work for all time frames and all pairs.
