Re-code EA from ex4 file

Hi, ive attached an EA I recently came across called ASSAR V8 and it produces an amazing backtest on mt4 strategy tester. This is all within 1 month from 2017/01/04 - 2017/02/06 and it appears to work when randomly placed anywhere on history.

But the problem is it doesnt place any orders when placed onto a live account is there a way to either fix it from only the ex4 file or figure it out and re-code it?

I know its a scalping system based on the envelope indicator with volume but its hard to see exactly how it works.
