I am looking for an indicator that will send 3 distinct alerts

I am looking for a indicator that will give several types of alerts based on 2 different simple indicators. 

1. The first alert will be when a moving average crosses over another EMA. I want the settings for both EA's to be adjustable in both the color and all the normal mt4 Moving average settings. (Period, shift, ma method, apply to, style).
2. The second alert will be based on a hieken ashi smooth indicator. The alert will be triggered when the hieken ashi candle closes in the opposite direction of the previous candle. So the alert triggers when the candles change directions. (color) I have attached the hieken ashi smoothed I am using and i want all the settings that are in this indicator. 
3. The third Alert will be when both of the alerts are triggered in the same direction on the same time frame. 

I would like indications (like an arrow on the candle) to paint on these alerts on the charts with distinctions of type of alert. so ma cross over one color, hieken ashi another, combo a third color. The ability to change colors and size of the indication is also needed. I want the alert to trigger on close of the candle to help eliminate repaints during consolidation periods. 

These need to be alerts that can be driven to mobile mt4 so I can be alerted to a possible trade when I am away from my mt4 screen.

This indicator alert system need to be able to work on all pairs.
