Gostaria de orçamento de um robot que tenha como entrada os parâmetros: hora e minuto de inicio e fim, parametros de config de RSI,
stop, gain, quantidade e um filtro para definir se eh emitida a ordem de compra ou venda. 
Toda a vez que o RSI cruzar a linha de sinais e o filtro permitir, abrir ordem de compra ou venda e fechar quando atingir o gain ou stop
pre-definidos na entrada.
