EA with Reverse Martingale based on my indicator

ok i want an EA to enter a trade based on my indicaotr called signart it gives an arrow for a buy or sell so this EA should open a trade at the open of the next candle then for its exit it has to either hit a TP or martingale in reverse to get out.

So for example a buy signal comes the EA opens a 1 lot buy position with a 10 pip TP on it + spread + Commision then we open a 2 lot sell stop 10 pips + spread + commision below where we opened from. If the TP is hit on the first order we delete the sell stop and wait for the next signal

Sstart lot size = 0.1

Order Step = 10

Take Profit = 15

Second Trade multipler = 4

After Second Trde multipler = 3.5

Trade Time (Allow Trade between) = 00:00-23:59

Spread Check Time (times to monitor spread) = 00:00-01:30

Max Spread = 5 pips 

Max Trade before close all (at the point of Max +1 we close all and bank a loss) = 5 

If we dont hit TP and the order goes down and hits the sell stop then the TP is set 10 pips + Spread and comm of basket below the sell, we also open a buy stop for X times the input the sell orders lots + spread and comm 10 pip above the sell order with a TP on it = 10 pips + Spread and Commision.

If the sell hits the TP all pending are deleted and then we wait a new signal 

Spread Check time = 00:00-01:30 between this time we will check the spread against our max spread if its above our max and no trades are on this pair we will ignore any new signals until times are past. 

If we are in a trade and the spread goes over our max then we need to add the spread - max spread = xx to the steps of our current stop orders and TP. so say EURUSD has 1 pip spread and max is set to 2, but at 00:00 its 10 pips our current trade TP will add 10-2=8 pips to the TP and on the sell stop we will add 8 pips to its entry price. once the time passes or the spread comes back under the max level we move it back as it was.

i need a time added to it so that we can set between broker rollover which happens about 00:00 -01:30am Broker time that the EA monitors the spread if its over our max spread input it wont enter new trade. but if its in a trade allready that it adds the extra spread to our step and TP numbers. so if say gold is 25 Spread and at night it goes to 50 for an hour and we are in a position it will move the buy stops and tp's + 25 to accomodate the spread then once spread goes back to 25 in that time or the time limit is finished then the EA resumes normal function
