Hi!
I need a EA doing this (on daily timeframe):

1. When open a new candle put pending orders:
 - buy stop at higher price of previous day candle
 - sell stop at lower price of previous day candle

2. Eliminate pending orders at 10pm (22:00:00)

3. Close all orders if there is any at 11.00pm (23:00:00)

4. Possibility to delete other pending order when one opens (by default is disabled)

5. TakeProfit, TrailingStop and three StopLoss methods:
 - manual StopLoss (for example 100 pips)
 - automatic StopLoss (buy stop value for sell and sell stop value for buy)
 - disabled StopLoss

6. VERY IMPORTANT: possibility to put again buy stop and sell stop when order closes and price go down or up the stop level.
