DLL that Controls license and expiry date of an MT4 EA by reading from MySQL database

Hi

I am looking for someone to make me a DLL that will performs the following 2 functions.

1: Authenticate the MT4 Account number which my EA is attached on and immediately terminates the function of the EA if the account number was

not found among the list of account numbers in MySQL database.

2: Controls the expiry date of the EA by checking how many days left for the EA from the database every new day.
