Amend an EA to include a Hedging routine

Hi, 

 

I have an EA that initiates trades from MA  Highs and Lows. The EA only initiates Long trades if Price is Above the Daily Open Price and Shorts trades if Price is Below the Daily Open. What I need is to add a feature to the EA such that 

if the EA initiates a Long trade,  a corresponding Short Pending Order is initiated  X pips below the Daily Open level. And If the EA initiates a Short trade, a Corresponding Long Pending Order is initiated x Pips Above the Daily Open Price. 

The Pending order trades opened must have a specific comment attributed to them different from the primary trades ( i.e a seperate Magic Number) .
