EA- Simple job with 7 requirements

1) I select specific trigger dates in the set file, For Example:  2017.02.18,2017.02.22,2017.02.27   - Dates separated by comma, I can add as many as I like.  

2) IF 2017.02.18 is on the weekend the EA will trigger on the following monday.

3) Once the EA is on the chart, and the date arrived (above) then the EA looks at two (2) prior days range to see if today's open price is higher or lower than the previous two (2) days MEDIAN (middle of the total range of 2 previous days).  

If Today's Open Price is greater than the previous two (2) days MEDIAN then Sell Short At Market.

If Today's Open Price is lesser than the previous two (2) days MEDIAN then Buy Long At Market.  

4) SL= two (2) prior days range.  TP = two (2) prior days range

5) To calculate how large the Lots are, I input Max Risk into the set file, for example: Max Risk = $100.  So if the account Balance is 10000USD and the range was 100pips (SL) then the appropriate position 0.01Lot 

6) On chart info should show next dates, on chart entries and exits with pips and profit/loss for each trade.

7) Well documented code: It should be written what lines in the code are corresponding what function in a very simple to understand english language.
