I would like to build an EA for Binary Option based on my 1
indicator.
The Indicator repaints, but I need the EA to look at the
information in the moment the candle will close.
If the parameters will change later, it should NOT matter to
the EA.
The execution of the new order should be based ONLY on the
PRESENT CLOSED ONE CANDLE. If it was 5 minute time frame, the EA should look at
the parameters at exactly 21:15:00 , 21:20:00, 21:25:00 …….
If the parameters will match the EA settings - the EA should execute
an order, but if the parameter will change in 21:15:10 and they will not match
the settings, the EA should NOT execute the order because the TIME 21:15:00 is
the ONLY TIME to read the parameters.
The EA should work on ALL time frames – 1M, 5M, 15M, 30M,
60M.
An example for SELL
When the candle will close at (21:15:00 an example time) and
the RSI little Green Dot will be above the RSI level (example 75).
Also RSI 5 - Green Dot is in distance of at least 3 RSI
points from the yellow upper band, the EA should open a trade in opposite
direction.

Next situation - On the picture below, there are many GREEN
DOTS above the RSI horizontal level and they are OUT of the channel in a good
distance - (3 RSI points from the channel).
In this situation, EA should open MULTIPLE orders.
If the Time Frame is 1 Minute and the Expiration Time is
5 Min , the orders should look like on the picture 3.
