Custom indicator in mql4.

 I have a custom smooth filter. The window length (number of bars it is calculated on) needs to become the number of bars since there was a turning point. So it looks at its own turning points to decide its length. If the last turning point (where the slope goes from positive to negative or vice versa) happened 12 bars ago then the filter needs to calculate over a window of 12 bars. If it happened 4 bars ago, the length is 4, etc. I have an mql4 indicator that returns the number of bars since a turning point, and I have the filter, this will be supplied to you after acceptance of the job.

The indicator should only update once per bar, on the close of the bar.
