Integrate 2 pieces of code into a custom MQL4 indicator

I have a custom indicator, it's an oscillator, with a filter calculated on this. My goal is to adapt the window length of the filter so it becomes more smooth and flexible. For this, I want to count the number of bars since the last turning point of the filter, and use this number as the length for the window of the filter, so it kind of looks at its own past to decide how long the look-back window should be in the current bar. So the result will be my oscillator with my filter calculated over its respective required window length (the cumulative sum of the first difference over window length x), depending on the number of bars since the last turning point of that previously calculated new filter shape. I have another custom indicator that counts the number of bars since a turning point, so it should be relatively easy for an experienced coder to integrate this. All code will be provided to you after I accept your bid. The goal should be a smooth running indicator. You can limit the number of bars if this helps shorten the time between when you drop it on the chart and it actually displays. The indicator should only calculate once per bar, after the close of the bar.
