Develop basic binary option trading bot

Good day

 I need a trading bot for binary options 

i must be able to choose how many red (downward) candles can follow before the system  buys or how many upward candles can follow before the system sells. The system must increase the bid with the % that the total balance of the account increases and it must also have a martingale built in where I can select the profit/escalation %.

I also need to be able to change it from 1 min candles to 5 min  candles, day candles etc
