Inside Bar ID and Order

I think this could be a script not an indicator,

For daily bars, identify an inside bar with a small arrow pointing at the bar from below (is there a function in mq4 scripting where if that arrow overlays any sort of line/graph/drawing then it will adjust itself accordingly moving up or down the y axis? - if not no problem) when current bar's range = < yesterday's range, this should show up immediately on a new daily bar and can be left on the chart as the day goes by (what I mean by this is if a daily bar was today and I checked again in a week I would still like to see that arrow on the chart).

An order function that will take the high and low of the most recent inside bar, setup two orders to go long from the high with the stop loss at the low, and then two orders to go short from the low with the stop loss at the high, and then for one long order and for one short order a take profit level of +20pips and then automatic close 23 hours after they are set with automatic expiry at that time if orders are still sitting.

Expecting a demo and then the full release after payment, there may be a couple of minor modifications.
