Need coder to do MT4 native trailling stop by Windows message

Hi,

I need a mechanism (DLL,...) that can do this:

Right click on current order, select Trailling Stop and then Select the number of point as the attached image

I need you to do this from MQL4 (EA)

Anybody that can do it, pls leave your skype here
