CSV file importing

Hi,

I'd like to import CSV files to MT4 and work with them like a totally new instrument because  I'd like to backtest strategies with US stocks.

-The data files are comma separated CSV files what I download from yahoo.com/finance.

-An example:

        Date
        Open        High        Low   
        Close    Volume
2004.02.02
39.1 39.4 38.86 39.01 8810200
2004.02.03
39.1 39.16 38.76 39.13 6921800
2004.02.04
39.12 39.23 38.85 38.92 7851100
2004.02.05
39.11 39.2 38.61 38.96 6487100


- So I need a method or expert what solve this problem.

- I'd like to see the datas as a chart also with its ticker like "JPM" (datas are daily).

- I'd like to get an explanation for the code and a short instruction how to use it.
