Need a programmer for Expert advisor MT4

1. set the current price as the center point. ( once it set, it will be constant until next game start)

2. Place 2 pending orders: 1 buy pending above the center point  +pips (values can change),2 sell pending below the center point  +pips (values can change)

3 Delete the opposite order if one other is triggered

3. place recovery zones at in various intervals(can change) such as but limits and sell limits

4. take profit if all the opening order reach pips or amounts (change able)

5. wait for the next game (time can be change, use minutes as unit)
