Need help in programming

Hallo,


to trade a signal system I need support for programming an EA for metatrader4:


I need fill in forms to make the following manual input / selections:


Currency pair (EUR/USD,  GBP/USD,  USD/JPY,   EUR/CHF,  GBP/CHF)

Order size

Short or long

Entry-level price

Stop price

Target price 1

Target price 2

Target price  3

 
From the logic side, I need the following automation:

I enter the 5 courses in the different masks.

If the Entry price is reached and executed, the the stop price is set.

If the target course of 1 is reached,  the stop price is set to the entry rate

If target price 2 is reached stop price is set to the value of the target price first

when the target price  3 will target achieved and exceeded by 10 pips, the stop price is set to target course 3.


So I ask for helping me constructing that EA or programming for me. Of course I am going to pay for a good result.
