E.A. based on the Candle Size

I need one EA that will Work in Brazilian Stock Market any Symbol , any TimeFrame , the ideia is the Size of the first Candle(when it appear) , between High and Low ,  Open and Close , and Volume negotiated associated with one MA , after we have this Candle , the EA will open orders  to Sell or Buy based on the breackout of the limits of this candle , and Changing Hands according one number of  times especified by me during the initialization of this EA , the TP will be the Size on this Candle X 2,3 or more times, ans in the End of the Day EA will Close orders openned.
