Hi i need my telegram ea updated but my original programmer has dissappeared

cuurrently have an ea that is connected to telegram. i tell it how many bars to count back from when it receives my message and it will open a buy or sell trade for the specified pair or indice when that candle has been broken. it currently has a glitch where the GBPJPY orders does not follow the risk percentage settings and rather just opens a trade according to the max lot size setting. this is very frustrating as it has wiped out a few accounts so i would need this fixed. also i would like to update what the ea does when it receives a message. at the moment i can send a message as follows : XAUUSD+ buy bar4 wick. the ea then counts back 4 candles from the current candle and when price closes above the fourth candle backs wick it then will open a buy trade on the opening of the next bar with a lot amount that is as close as possible to my risk per trade settings of the current mt5 account. i can also send a message as follows :XAUUSD+ buy now. the ea would then immediately open a buy trade and place the sl a certain number of pips below the current candle and it does the opposite for sell trades.  i would like to be able to specify what price level i want the sl to be set at for the buy/sell now option.
